The sound installation ÆSA is a 10 part
choir piece made especially for the exhibition space The Shed which
is
run and curated by Finnur Arnar. Using transducer speakers installed
from the inside of The Shed, mounted on the front side, the sound was
projected from the iron walls and out in the open air turning
The Shed into a giant speaker. The sound of the voices mixed with the
sound of the sea created a haunting yet soothing atmosphere in the ice
cold winter days and nights.
